108 Stanton 2021-2022
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location for night life and access to LES activities. Tons of restaurants and bars in the area. Close to Trader Joe’s. East access to Brooklyn. Pest control solid for being above restaurants.
Cons:
Over 70 alcohol serving business in a few block radius. Very loud at night. Outside is dirty on weekends from bar crowd, throw up on front steps several times. No door bell or ability to ring people in, resulting in a lot of missed packages. Management increased rent 50% and refused to negotiate. No fan in bathroom. No microwave or toaster oven. No dish washer or laundry units. Railroad style apt, limited space.
Advice to owner:
Install door bells and lock buzzers.

Good place but no buzzer
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good responsive owners and lots of light
Cons:
We lived on the top floor and it is one hell of a walk up. There is NO BUZZER so you constantly don’t get packages and always have to let guests in
