quiet but freezing
Former Tenant
Pros:
generally pretty clean, never seen a bug, roach, or rat very quiet (in terms of traffic) trash is taken out regularly super is very friendly
Cons:
heat is basically non existent and the windows are super drafty, i could literally see my breath indoors during the winter although I didnt mind the water pressure people who came to stay with me always complained the bathroom also just had a base layer of grime when i moved in that i could never fully remove neighbors are generally pretty considerate with the exception of some college kids who stomp around all night, blast music, and yell in the stairwells on weekends when theyre coming/going to the bars
Advice to owner:
fix the heating, the temperature is a safety hazard for pets or anyone with even mild health complications
