Clean, updated, but way too cramped with thin ceilings
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, renovated, central air, laundry in unit

Apartment was way too small for 2 people, ceilings were very thin/no insulation at all
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the second “bedroom” and open up the layout
