Pros:
Clean, safe. responsible landlord, guys from Chinese restaurant hang out in front as kind of free security for the building/block
Cons:
Our apt was 4th floor walk up. Block it’s on and area can be very very dirty. Lotta noise from Delaney/allen streets
Advice to owner:
Not much they can do they don’t do already. It’s a nice safe clean building, Good landlords. Just area around it kinda dirty/noisy, not the buildings fault.
