Quiet corner on Allen and Delancey

Pros:
It’s very quiet even though it’s on a busy corner. Quiet neighbors. Cheap for the location. Bathroom has a window.
Cons:
Sometimes they leave recycle trash in the backyard for a while. Neighbors are not friendly. Small space.
