Pros:
Great location & no pests
Cons:
Constantly have to adjust shower because water would get too hot or too cold very quickly, very hard to get the nooks and crannies clean

People may break in and steal your packages but you can’t beat the location.

Minimum upkeep / cleanliness and bare minimum security system
Advice to owner:
Upgrade to a newer/more advanced video security system and software !!

Pros:
Pros of the building are the location, sprawling views, sunlight,overall a charming apartment
Cons:
The noise from the streets is borderline absolutely ridiculous. Full transparency- Thursday, Friday and Saturday it will be highest caliber noise from 9 pm - 5 am. Numerous bars and pizza shop keep drunk dumbies on the street until dawn. Also, occasional issue with mice and cockroaches spotted
Advice to owner:
Be transparent with the noise. Perhaps be more proactive with rodent problem

Totally fine LES apartment. No frills

Cons:
Extremely noisey neighborhood. No roof access or central air. Heat went off a few times during winter but was fixed promptly

Make a roof deck
