Great Apartment, Bad Noise and Neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
keycard access, central ac works great, washer and dryers in unit.
Cons:
So many yappy dogs, people who leave their doors open and let their odors out into the hallway, and their is one guy on the third floor who is a very angry man constantly yelling on the phone

Great building but greedy management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building with great amenities. Maintenance is the best. It's honestly an amazing place to live and I haven't had many problems except with mgmt
Cons:
Property owner/management is not great. They charge you for any little thing possible and give everyone in the building a different price for rent even if you are renting at the same time.

It's okay but wouldn't recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is nice, supers are friendly and responsive
Cons:
Poor ventilation, restaurant on the first floor, smells transpire through all apartments, massive piles of garbage in front entrance due to the restaurant which attracts all kinds of creatures, music and chattering until midnight or sometimes even later, no light coming in the apartment, constant problems with central air, bad water pressure, no hot water in peak hours, thin walls
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive and plan things in advance
