Cute apartments in great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, right by trains and easy walk to most neighborhoods in lower Manhattan. Unit is small but newly renovated and modern.
Cons:
There are 20 units in this rather narrow building, noise can be heard in the hallways and stairs that can resonate through the building. Also opposing kitchens on shared walls add to noise. People smoke in hallways and stairs occasionally, evidenced by cigarette butts and odor.
Advice to owner:
If neighbors are considerate this is a very nice place to live. Would recommend better enforcement of no smoking in hallways, if possible.
