Poor responsiveness from landlord

Pros:
It’s a nice location
Cons:
If anything goes wrong in your apartment your out of luck. You’ll have to pay for it yourself - they’ll promise to come by and fix it and never will. Also some mice/cockroach infestation issues as well, likely due to poor waste management practices (e.g., trash not being taken out for days).
