Noisy neighbors and rat problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
The porter is nice, appliances in the recently updated apartments are new and nice
Cons:
Probably the loudest neighbors I’ve ever encountered- they will have parties every weekend or blast music well past 4 AM. Every weekend. Filed so many complaints with management to see no improvement. Worst neighbors I’ve ever lived next to.

Rat problem - huge rats in the garbage area and can constantly hear them crawling or squeaking
in the walls and ceilings, night and day. It is an old building and at least you don’t see them in the actual units but it is unnerving to hear them constantly scurrying about.
Advice to owner:
Find a way to effectively quiet down the noisy neighbors - they are driving everyone in the building crazy with their music and parties.
