Pros:
Location.. that’s about it “Rent” not really ..
Cons:
-RIGHT NEXT TO THE FISH MARKET.. so yeah you’ll be smelling all that everyday lol -Welp it’s 120 year old building -Bathroom is through the kitchen -No roof access -stairs stairs stairs .. oh and more stairs -spiders in the staircase -rarely cleaned -homeless people set up shop at the door so you sometimes have to wake them up so they can move -tiny supermarket downstairs has its doors opened up with panties and bras hanging out ... “aesthetics”
Advice to owner:
The building payed for itself 100 years ago.. we get it, location is great but please invest some money in the upkeep of the property.
