Pretty good for the area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally clean, and cockroach sighting every now and then but nothing too bad.
Cons:
Having the bedroom with the windows is nice for the sunlight, but it gets pretty loud especially on weekend nights. I had to buy a white noise machine and earplugs.

Honestly an amazing building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- fast maintenance
- great location
- friendly block
- nice and updated appliances
- modern finishes
- no pests at all (which is amazing considering the two restaurants, deli, and bars all around) I’ve never seen as much as an ant in my apartment
Cons:
- neighbors are loud
- two restaurants and two bars on the block so it can get noisy
-
Advice to owner:
Honestly nothing, there’s really nothing wrong with the building that is within the owner’s control.
