Worst landlord/building EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible location- you cannot beat it. And the view from the rooftop is stunning.
Cons:
Everything about the actual building. It has not been properly maintained and is quite literally falling apart in every way shape and form. To make matters worse, they are incredibly unresponsive, unreliable, and grossly negligent. There was a hole in our ceiling kitchen for over a month and a half, the power went out frequently and would take hours to put back on... the list of complaints is endless. Do not move here unless they have renovated your unit and offer it to you for one dollar.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building
