Biggest LES apartment I’ve seen
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge living room, washer/dryer combined unit, right next to F train, solid but not fancy at all. Also there’s a dodo statue on the roof.
Cons:
Definitely not a glamorous building in terms of shared hallway space. Sketchy homeless people gathered in the restaurant shed in front when I was living there 2020-2021
