Well-managed building in a good location

Pros:
The building is nicely run with regular cleanings and exterminator visits. The owner and super are responsive and helpful.
Cons:
There is some noise on the street side but that is pretty unavoidable and can be managed.

Spacious apartments with lots of light

Pros:
The building is well managed with biweekly pest control. Owner and super are very responsive to issues. Clean and relatively quiet for East Village.
Cons:
If anything, it’s just a little noisy on weekend nights but nothing out of the ordinary

Great Street, Good Living Experience

Pros:
Amazing Location. Street closes to traffic in the evenings. Laundry across the street. Food and bars in every direction.

Well maintained building. Biweekly pest control, never had pest problems.

Large apartments for a decent price. North facing apartment gets great sunlight. Big bedroom.

Super is responsive and almost always in the area.
Cons:
Water pressure isn’t fantastic. Plumbing issues at times.

Heat pipes are LOUD in the winter.
