Cheap but beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, rent stabilized, large bedroom
Cons:
Trash is on the first floor of the building. Rodent issues were uncommon but have gotten worse over the past year. Landlord is not very responsive. Heat and hot water goes out every couple of months. Stairs and lobby are rarely cleaned.

Sweet building
Former Tenant
Pros:
You rarely feel the neighbors, everything is clean, the garbage gets taken out daily, water pressure is fine.
Cons:
The doors are making noises and don’t really close well unless you put pressure on it. And the main door is making a noise everytime you open it. Those are pretty small cons tho.
