Lipstick on a pig
Former Tenant
Pros:
New appliances and updated bathrooms
Cons:
Can hear mice in the walls and they refuse to solve this issue. You can hear music playing nonstop all day and night from surrounding restaurants. Smells like cigarettes in the unit. Can’t open windows unless you want to smell fried food from the restaurants next door or cigs from the alleyway

Nice and New - but beware of neighborhood theifs
Former Tenant
Pros:
All of the appliances in the unit are brand new which is very nice. Nest system is very nice when it is working. Other residents in the building are very friendly. Inside of units are very clean upon move in.
Cons:
Almost every single one of my packages has been stolen in the last 3 months. Not a single thing has been done to solve this issue.
We didnt have a working oven for the first 3 months of our lease. They would come unannounced to install the oven when we werent available for them to do so.
We didnt have heat for the first two weeks of living here, and it was the two coldest weeks of the winter. They kept coming and claiming that they "fixed it" and it would be blowing freezing cold air by the time they left.
You can hear every single move that your upstairs neighbors make.
