It was an awesome experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
On a really cool block, and close to many good restaurants.
Cons:
When we lived there, there were some long time rest control tenants, a few of them were really crazy. We had this lady next door who smelled like a homeless, sitting outside of her door on a hallway, going through old papers all day when we had a great light all day, her unit was facing the same direction, she complimented how dark her apartment is. Who knows she never cleaned her windows for many many years to the point the light didn’t come through. Scary.
Advice to owner:
It would be really cool if you can take out that old communal toilet middle of the hallway, and turn to a washer and drier section.

nice place for the location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Had a street-facing apt on the 3rd floor and honestly way less noise than I expected. Larger than expected rooms.
Cons:
Radiator clanked all night when heat season started.
