Don’t even try it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location, nice super.
Cons:
Unresponsive management, constantly crumbling and leaking ceiling, no amenities at all, radiators make the apartment into a sauna
Advice to owner:
Maybe respond to your tenants more.

Do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s cheap but you pay for it
Cons:
Management was horrible to work with. Marissa Kinsey was so rude when we were dealing with her over several issues - our ceiling leaked multiple times, we had a serious mice issue that look months to resolve, and our gas broke and we were without an oven for 2 months. Not worth it.
Advice to owner:
The building needs serious renovations, and when you’re tenet has an issue, don’t be so rude.
