Good location, lots of noise, no laundry
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice living space, full kitchen, right by Tompkins Square Park and access to all the shops and restaurants East Village has to offer
Cons:
Management was unresponsive about issues with ConEdison, no laundry in the building, pest control failed to keep mice out of the apartment after several appointments
Advice to owner:
laundry installation & better pest control

Cute Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet and clean building. Apartment was well insulated. Very rarely ever heard neighbors Conveniently located. Right next to Tompkins Square Park and lots of shops and restaurants
Cons:
St Marks and Avenue A can get quite busy so sometimes the street noise is excessive. Older building without any modern design, touches , or amenities Walkup with narrow stairs
