123 E7 10009
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic location — distance to EV attractions, subway lines, etc
Cons:
No changes to building over living tenure. Kitchen and all appliances stayed the same. Constant problem with rodents in trash area but some of that is unavoidable.
