Would not recommend :/
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Location, Laundry in basement, stainless steel appliances.
Cons:
Mice, unresponsive management, constant repairs, neighbors will leave trash in hallways, and packages will get stolen (I lost of $800 worth of items) since moving in.
Advice to owner:
Please listen to and respect your tenants. The living situation you have them in is horrible. You need to take care of this building and the units.

Clean and stylish building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great design, the full length mirror in the lobby was a lifesaver, the building was always clean and is in a great location for dining and going out, the super at the time was awesome, always accommodating when i was locked out and a very cool guy. Also the backyard area was nice for having people over.
Cons:
My unit was superbly tiny, our kitchen drain would frequently get clogged, and since the building was close to many others and I’d often hear jam sessions and other noise but i think thats standard for the east village. Also once we had mice in our apartment in 2016
Advice to owner:
Thankfully i saw you no longer use Bold NY, i had a terrible experience with the broker pressuring us into signjng that i remember to this day.

Roaches and move out fees, but better than other EV options
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Great water pressure - app to buzz in guests and submit maintenance requests - appliances (dishwasher, fridge) were newly upgraded
Cons:
- Frequent roaches due to poor trash management, often piles of trash left in the lobby/package area - occasional heat issues - charges a ton of money for any minor issues during move out - laundry machines were often broken - package theft
Advice to owner:
call or text response to maintenance issues was always quick, but felt like problems were rarely actually resolved

awful experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
location. that’s it.
Cons:
anything breaks or any pests and landlord doesn’t respond we’ve lost heat multiple times, there was a big trash fire that evacuated the building after they let the trash pile up the apartments are complete garbage and poor quality absolutely not worth it
Advice to owner:
lol get a real job instead of hoarding property and charging out the ass to do nothing

Awful experience— do not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in basement; bathrooms are updated
Cons:
Horrible experience with landlords. They are scams and fraudulent, the building is constantly needing repairs that they refuse to do; the heat was out for over a month when we lived there; our stove did not work for an extended period of time because of the gas line; the landlord’s workers would come into our apt unannounced and leave a huge mess; the landlords are highly disrespectful and fraudulent — I’ve heard they’re actually in legal trouble.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a landlord— do not move here.

Disrespectful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice floors, kitchens
Cons:
Same as a previous reviewer, I also lived here when there was the month with NO HEAT in the middle of winter, and around the same time 4+ months without cooking gas. We couldn’t cook at home for months. And they were always “fixing” it but meaning a bunch of random Russian men would tear holes in my walls and not come back to do anything about it for two weeks.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a landlord
