Quiet building with communal roaches

Pros:
Very quiet, good location
Cons:
Dead roaches in the halls for months, rodents in garbage cans, roaches and mice in unit, owner and super not helpful
Advice to owner:
Clean the shared space, invest in pest control

Actually 93 1/2 E 7th but same landlord

Location location location
Cons:
Hallways and stairs never cleaned, mouse infested building with no response other than to put down traps, rotting garbage by the entrance, buzzer didn’t work, not enough heat in the winter, unresponsive landlord and useless super.
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants and they will care for your building.

Open garbage cans inside the entrance, mice in the walls and then in my apartment, inadequate heat, poor management response, terrible super.
