Pretty hands off management. Great location.

Pros:
Nobody bothers you. It’s your home.
Cons:
Owners don’t really assist with emergencies. You have develop a relationship with the super to get things fixed.
Advice to owner:
Be more hands on with cleanliness. Don’t rely on super for everything.
