I wouldn’t reccomend it.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good sunlight, GREAT location you’re basically just paying for the location. Good apartment set up, not an awkward layout.
Cons:
We had a mice problem. Not a major one but still was a bit traumatic. The owner is a typical NYC landlord, have to ask him 3-4 times to get anything repaired.
Advice to owner:
Entry way is dark, garbage situation is not ideal either which is what I’m sure led to the mice.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is in an incredible location, and the price is very fair, BUT there are too many shortcomings to overcome these two pros.
Cons:
This building has a mouse infestation problem that the landlord refuses to deal with. We kept our apartment spotless, cleaned everyday, and yet, we had a mouse in our apartment almost every other day. We didn’t notice as much pre pandemic, but once we were home, it was awful. We told the landlord and he told us there was nothing he could do. We hired a professional exterminator who told us only a gut renovation would solve this issue. In addition, to the mice, we also had a huge issue with cockroaches
Advice to owner:
This building needs a gut renovation. This could be a great place to live if there weren’t so many pests.
