Unresponsive Management; Issues with Heat and Hot Water
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry In-Unit, great location
Cons:
Market rate apartments with unresponsive and unhelpful management. Slow to repair heating, went without heat for week intervals multiple times in the winter (2021-2022). Took two months to have dishwasher repaired.
Advice to owner:
Keep tenants updated on repairs, be more communicative when tenants have repairs that are needed.

Good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer dryer, great roof, pretty rooms
Cons:
Had to ruin multiple items of clothing to convince them the washer was broken, took a week or two

Tiny and overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer dryer in-unit, amazing super (Carlos) who will do his absolute best to help you, completely updated and amazing location. Although the trash is in the main lobby area, it was cleaned and taken out very regularly.
Cons:
Tiny bedrooms and over-priced. Consistent issues with mice. Although there were vents displayed in the apartment for the stove and bathroom, none worked and after further inspection they were not even hooked up to anything for actual ventilation. I was a tenant under 9300 Realty and they could not lift a finger for you on most issues. The entry stairs are also definitely not safe.
Advice to owner:
Fix the stairs!

Dorm environment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice finishes and amenities. Good layout.
Cons:
3 bedroom apartments are basically dorms. Loud college kids. Late parties. Disrespectful neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Advise new tenants of the type of tenants. Be more responsive to service requests.
