Rodents everywhere in building

Pros:
great location and the super is fantastic - the east village is so great and this street in specific has opened some great restaurants
Cons:
rodents in walls and in every apartment - absolutely nasty. mice in walls and you can hear them squeak
Advice to owner:
knock the building down

Great super, very attentive with her tenants
Cons:
rodent issues that would not get better. Landlord refused to reimburse us for exterminator. Several robberies of package area took place.

Good location, W/D in unit, dishwasher, attentive Super,
Cons:
No oven, many NYU students and the noise they invite, at the mercy of central heating,
