Rat infested and ignored
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mostly quiet and next door to laundromat
Cons:
Had no heat in winter for 2 months. Buzzer broken the whole year i lived there. Mice everywhere in the walls, no response to requests for extermination or traps. Renters were expected to pay to deal with mice ourselves. Often ignored by Super. Small apartments for the price. Tried to raise rent on a renewal in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Ridiculous management that doesn’t care about renters whatsoever.
Advice to owner:
Do better

Worst experience ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location that’s it
Cons:
Management was absolutely terrible. They did shady work on the building. Once at 2 am a pipe burst because someone was doing plumbing work for Mgmt (at 2am!!) and our apartment filled with black tar. They did nothing to help.
Advice to owner:
Stop treating tenants like they’re less than human.
