Solid place in East Village
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Great location - Lots of light - Responsive landlords & super
Cons:
- Walk-up with European-style floor numberings - we thought we were up 3 flights of stairs when we rented virtually during covid, turns out we were up 4
- noise definitely comes through the windows, we sleep with earplugs
