Great for new grads!

Pros:
Gut renovated apartments
Cons:
My neighbor in 3D smokes every day and it reeks in my apartment. Management has done nothing about it. Packages get stolen all the time by neighbors, once I found packaging in my neighbor’s trash from a lost package I had.
Advice to owner:
Share video footage of the lobby
