Pros:
Large Bathroom, well maintained, pest control comes once a month.
Cons:
I lived directly above the bar downstairs so it could be noisy

Nice building, responsive management, amazing super (adnan) Apts are clean and charming, great location
Cons:
The bar downstairs is LOUD. even when the buidling management tried to help to mitigate the situation, the noise from music at the bar is considerable.
Advice to owner:
get control of the noise in the bar, you have a lovely residential building otherwise

Loud club on bottom floor takes precedence over residents
Advice to owner:
Take residents noise complaints seriously and lock up the trash cans so they don’t overflow with the neighborhoods trash.

Great location Large bathroom Reliable management, took care of issues promptly Active pest control every month Allowed us to end our lease early due to noise from bar below with no questions asked and we received our full deposit back.
Cons:
Above a very noisy, rowdy bar Very small living space No composting option
Advice to owner:
Thanks for a great experience, but maybe try to address the noise issues.

The building is above a bar which causes noise but I understand that is not something management has much control over
