Pros:
I liked that the location was nice and you didn’t here much going on from the street.
Cons:
The pests were a problem. We had cockroaches, mice, so many flies, and at one point bed bugs were coming in. Lots of people in the building left because of bed bugs.

Cons:
Management is not super responsive. We had issues with rodents

Management is unresponsive and fixing issues usually leads to more issues
