Great Apartment, Terrible Property Management

Pros:
- Good layout, spacious
- In unit Washer & Dryer
- Dishwasher
- Convenient location
Cons:
- Poor property management (ie. The building had issues with heat for two months in the winter, issues with hot water, rodent issues - management was not proactive or helpful in responding)
Advice to owner:
Be accommodating to your tenants, speak to them with respect and be proactive in fixing issues.
