Former Tenant
Pros:
Building lobby is kept clean, super is helpful
Cons:
Management is useless and unresponsive; apartments are dingy and not updated; there are mice and cockroaches; floors are slanted; the apartments are too expensive for what you get

Building good, management bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, usually pretty quiet, safe, nice super
Cons:
Had mice when we moved in, don’t respond to our inquiries, no peephole for a year. The management is the worst and don’t do anything ever or won’t listen to you
Advice to owner:
Respond to the tenants
