Our Rooftop was everything!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern renovated building with exposed brick and nice bathrooms, loved having in unit laundry and live in super. Rooftop was our favorite part! We hosted so many parties there and views are amazing.
Cons:
Not too much space in the closet, but we managed.

Small but well maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent finishes and attentive management
Cons:
Small quarters, but overall workable space
Advice to owner:
Keep the garbage outside rotating quickly - sometimes some rats like to hangout out front!

Evicted so they could turn it into condos
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is great and it’s a small tenement-style building.
Cons:
I had been in this rent-controlled unit for 6 years when I got home one night to find a note on my door saying the building was unsafe for occupancy and I needed to stay in a hotel. They said they needed to complete some repairs that could take months and that they would only cover a stay in a hotel for 1 week. The management company invited me to terminate my lease immediately. After they removed everyone in this way, my understanding is that they repaired the apartments and jacked up the rent. The apartments were not in great repair to begin with but it was still an insane way for them to behave.
