Nice East village find!

Pros:
We were the first ones to live in the apartment- didn’t want to move out but rent went up. Good water pressure and heat in the winter

Literally No Gas

Not many bugs
Cons:
there literally is no gas in the building and also the landlord is a gaslighting girlboss but not in a good way
Advice to owner:
be more honest about whether a property has access to gas or not
