Great super bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is amazing, very convenient. The super is live in which makes it easy if you have small issues with your unit, and he's very friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Management is a bit difficult to reach and doesn't accept venmo/zelle for rent payment which is a big inconvenience

Great Location, Bad Mold
Former Tenant
Pros:
LOVED the location, loved the sun, the super is really sweet and building is pretty clean and safe. The management also got back to us really promptly and it was really easy to live there. We also got our whole security deposit back!
Cons:
We had a mold problem on the ceiling where they “fixed” it by painting over the layers of mold— the paint then peeled away and fell on top of us and they had to re-paint. Probably such a health hazard We also had a cockroach problem + packages were literally alwayys being stolen.

Cons:
Trash can smell occasionally

Really great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location next to the L line was great, and the apartment was really nice with big windows. It was a sturdy building with no leaking roofs or thin walls. Really great place.
Cons:
The temperature was always colder than NYC requirements and there was a lot of mold growing in the kitchen and bathroom. And packages constantly got stolen. Constantly.

great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
very sweet super who lives in building, decently sound proof walls and located right around the corner from trader joes and target
Cons:
could use better security such as video cameras
Advice to owner:
would be beneficial to instal better security systems such as video cameras to prevent unwanted people from entering building
