Great Apartment and Building but Needs Pest Control
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unique apt, exposed brick, responsive building manager, cleaned everyday, trash was never an issue, relatively quiet
Cons:
We had a rat problem and we’re on the sixth floor of a walk up. This was not covered immeaditely and kept happening. We also had a water bug problem.

Good not Great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice finishes, responsive super, great location, clean lobby, dishwasher, laundry in unit.
Cons:
Lots of stolen packages, smokers in building that management will not stop.
Advice to owner:
Figure out a solution to the rampant package theft and smoking.
