Avoid this building and Westminster Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good access to TJs and the Subway. Dishwasher and laundry was nice.
Cons:
Overpriced, packages were frequently stolen, no cameras, constant leaking, poor management attentiveness, and work orders took about 2 weeks to be recognized. Working with Westminster Management is a nightmare - avoid all their properties. They definitely take advantage of the rent inflation you see with EV apartments, there are better options in this neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Sell out or update this building. Walking around the hallways gives you the impression the building might collapse at any moment.
