Close to subway and east village spots.

Great first apartment in NYC

Pros:
- Building is renovated relatively recently, good appliances, seemingly well built, and very clean. I don’t think I saw a single bug in our apartment, ever.
- True 3 bed layout with 3 equal size rooms, and good sized living room
Cons:
- The in unit washer and dryer sometimes take multiple cycles to fully dry clothes

Great location, good amenities, nice sized living room
Cons:
Stairs can get gross, bedrooms are small, light bulbs need to be changed constantly

Solid building and apartment

Pros:
Always clean, quick to respond to issues, generally solid structure in the apartment.
Cons:
Heat was an issue for us every year for a few weeks. But the building always tried to work on it.
Advice to owner:
Figure out if anything can be done for the heat.
