    Almost everything. Pests, awful neighbors, horrible ownership

    Sell to someone who cares

    -Great Location
    -Units have W/D
    -Small but good layout
    -Responsive maintenance
    Cons:
    -Building itself can be dirty at times
    -Some very noisy neighbors, walls are thin, street level is loud too
    -Older appliances
    -No package room, packages are stolen

    Pros:
    Location - I cannot lie, it's in a cool area.
    Cons:
    Perhaps the worst neighbors i've ever had in NYC (living here for 10+ years). So bad that I ended up moving out due to an unruly upstairs neighbor who screamed at all hours of the day and night.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the place up and remove the old lady.
