Cheap but dirty

Pros:
Great roof. Spacious apt.
Cons:
Horrible mice and generally not clean building. Trash is always all over the front area.

Walkup is not fun Not always the cleanest place Roof deck can be dicey

Pros:
Amenities liek laundry and a roof deck, location and big apts for the neighborhood.
Cons:
Pay for your own heat, but at least you can control the temperature. Other buildings are too hot or too cold sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Better cleaning and trash management

• Building was on a great block • Nice appliances
Cons:
• Everything else • Garbage management was horrendous • Dead cockroaches in the hallway • Condescending building manager • Automatic heat radiator was turned on for a few weeks during summer time • Seemingly no care for the building
