Well managed but needs a facelift

Pros:
The supers, and the management in general are very kind and quick to response. Any issue I’ve had there’s been at least communication with me within the day if not solved completely.
Cons:
Roaches and mice
Poor water pressure
Elevator works but moves at a glacial pace
Advice to owner:
Need for a good deep clean and an exterminator
