I guess the location if that’s your type of area
Cons:
Terrible unresponsive management, rude and deceptive. Regularly went without heat and hot water or any water at all. Gas was turned off for about 6 months.

There were no rats or roaches The building has an elevator
Cons:
The landlord or leasing company (John) sucks The super is extremely unresponsive (carlito) It was pretty trashy but it was under market so I guess that’s a given
Advice to owner:
Maybe just respect your tenants a little more

Really enjoyed living here for 2 year. Management was friendly and nice to me. Owner installed laundry while I lived here. Loved the location

Would of liked roof access especially during covid
