Minimally managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super isn't around much so you aren't bothered often.
Cons:
Walls between apartments are super thin, you can hear your neighbor walking around easily.
Water pressure for showers is non-existent. Building feels like nobody takes care of it year-round.
Advice to owner:
Try to keep up the apartments. If renter is in for more than 3 years, offer to paint the apartment like you're legally obligated to. Place signs in the hallway around mask wearing. Try to acknowledge Covid and the growing mouse problem.

Great location worst landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and neighborhood.
Cons:
Landlord overcharges and doesn’t communicate. Didn’t have gas for more then a year.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and nice with tenants.
