Generally a chill spot. Basically the same as any east village apartment.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing super, extremely responsive and will do his best to arrive day of or next day.
Dog friendly!
Management is generally super responsive and will fix any problem you have without charging.
Cons:
Walls are thin, depending on who’s living there it can be noisy bc of parties but mainly in spring/summer. The roof used to be a very nice spot but previous tenants messed up the furniture and it hasn’t been replaced.
The building heat isn’t that reliable so you have to use the heat strips in the units (adds a big cost in winter months).
No laundry unless in your unit. Minimal closet space/storage.
Units are small and two bedrooms are flex.
Advice to owner:
Get new roof furniture and be better about turning on building heat in colder months.

Bed bugs & shady management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was convenient in EV
Cons:
Bed bugs!!! Shady management relisted our unit under a different apartment number after we broke our lease Wouldn’t hire a professional to exterminate infestation (that exterminator said was there before we moved in) Garbage cans inside — saw rats multiple times Constant smell of cigarette smoke Unresponsive management Dirty building
