Worst apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large space and great water pressure
Cons:
Roach problem, trash just sits in the hallways and makes it stink, packages get stolen, noisy bar downstairs plays music until 2am every night, neighbors are loud AND thin walls, and lastly, there’s always court summons for the owners posted on the door

Awful Bar Noise, Lazy Supers, and a Dirty Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Size of apartment
- Water pressure
- Location
- Other tenants are quiet
Cons:
- Directly over one of the worst bars in NYC (karma sutra). It's a hooking/smoking bar that blasts music day and night 7 days a week
- Landlord and his supers are extremely lazy. Didn't clean the apartment when I moved in, don't respond to maintenance requests, and in the year 2024 still require you to physically walk a teller's check over to the landlord's building to pay rent.
Advice to owner:
Actually take your role as a landlord seriously and stop doing the bare minimum just because you know you can get away with it in NYC
