Cons:
- really hefty fees if you don’t breakdown your cardboard all the way/put something in the wrong bin by accident

Pros:
Location, Responsive landlord, elevator, washing machine in unit, free parking on the block & Starbucks on the corner. Renovated.
Cons:
Slippery steps to garbage cans in the back, super strict about garbage, interior is drab brown, sometimes elevator doesn’t work. Old intercom system.
Advice to owner:
Update intercom system to Butterfly.

Pros:
In unit washer dryer and well kept building.
Cons:
Pest control management was frustrating at times and the rooms are extremely small.
Advice to owner:
Spend more time working with tenants on pest control management.

mostly good apartment

Pros:
Trash outside in the back, building is usually clean and not noisy, super is responsive, in a good spot
Cons:
No control over heat in the winter- since bedrooms are very tiny it trapped a lot of heat in the rooms, pest control only comes once a month at a not helpful time and if you need them another time the building will make you pay for it, packages occasionally get stolen
