Probably one of the better east village apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
There was an in unit laundry and dryer which is rare in this neighborhood
Cons:
The apartment had thin walls and could hear the streets if facing the street side. The heat was so weak that we had to get an additional heater/unit.

Great First Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Exterminator comes once a month free of charge to residents. Did not have any mice or bug issues. There is an emergency line you can call if something goes awry in the apartment after business hours, which was helpful/convenient. Brooker we worked with who represents the building to get the apartment/sign lease was nice/friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Sometimes the hallways could have been better cleaned. Towards the end of our lease I felt that the trash in the back of the building was piling up for multiple days and nobody came to take it out making the back trash area messy/dirty. The main point of contact for any issues with the apartment could have been more responsive/helpful.
Advice to owner:
Maintain hallways/back trash area better. Work on responsiveness/helpfulness of your staff.
