DO NOT RENT ANY SASSOUNI BUILDINGS!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS YOUR SIGN!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice super? I guess?
Cons:
Look up the Yelp reviews for Sassouni Management which speak for themselves. They’ve been scamming people, pricing them out, and overall involved in borderline illegal behavior for years. They’re rude and degrading, they doubled my rent after a year, building is full of roaches, never cleaned, had to fight tooth and nail for my security deposit, any phone call to them ended with them yelling at me. I’m not the only one- do yourself a favor and check the Yelp reviews before you rent. You’ll save yourself years of stress off your life.
Advice to owner:
Be nice to people and they’ll be nice back! Karmas a bitch and I hope it gets you good.
